We are doing our best to meet our regular turnaround times, but due to unprecedented circumstances, we cannot guarantee a set turnaround time for your order. Please allow an additional few days for your orders. Please visit our Production Time page for the original production times of all products. Additionally, delivery times cannot be guaranteed during the affected period due to delays among major shipping carriers. Please note that refunds on expedited shipping may not be available.

We recommend choosing Standard shipping or faster shipping methods to help ensure orders arrive closer to the expected date.

Due to high order volumes and a decrease in resources (i.e., staffing shortage) we have temporarily disabled rush production for various products. Additionally, the availability of rush production can be found on the order form of each specific product.

Due to a staffing shortage, our CA pickup office is closed until further notice. When placing an order, you’ll see that the option for pickup has been disabled. You may still have your order shipped to you.
