We use a 70 lb. opaque smooth white paper for our pre-assembled envelopes – this bright white stock is uncoated, so you can easily write on your envelopes. We offer three easy ways to order branded envelopes. If you have an existing design, simply upload your file and place your order. If you need to create a design, you can do so using our Online Designer. With this free tool, you can upload images, add text, and even use any of the graphics in our extensive library. Finally, if you’re looking for something a little more specialized, add one of our affordable design service packages to your order. One of our professional designers will work directly with you on an envelope design, including 4 to 8 revisions (depending on the package you select) to ensure your satisfaction.

For your convenience, we have downloadable templates for each of our envelope sizes. The templates are marked with the bleed line, trim line, and safety line to help ensure the final product looks just right. You can submit your design in any of the following formats: TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, and PDF. Files should be in CMYK mode with a minimum resolution of 350 dpi. Our maximum file upload size is 75 megabytes.

Our production (print) time for envelopes with a company logo is 4 to 6 business days after you have placed your order and your payment has been successfully processed. Standard shipping takes an additional 2 to 6 business days, although expedited shipping methods may be available at checkout.
