Whether you need 1 photo mug or 100 company logo mugs, our online ordering process couldn’t be simpler. We offer a user-friendly online design tool that allows you to pick from multiple stylish templates – all you need to do is upload your photo(s) or graphics, preview the final design, and place your order.

If you would like to print your own design, start by using one of our downloadable mug templates to set up your file. The templates are clearly marked with the correct dimensions and bleed requirements. (We do not require a bleed for the 11 oz. and 15 oz. mug, but we require a 0.50" bleed for the 16 oz. mug.) These templates will help guide the placement of your photo, logo, graphic, and/or text for best results. Make sure to hide or delete the template layer (if applicable) before uploading your final print-ready file to our website. Choose between 2 proof options, either an instant online proof or a manually processed PDF proof. If you choose the latter, we will review your file to make sure it meets our printing specifications. We accept most common file formats, including .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, .PNG, and .PDF. Files must be in RGB color mode, no larger than 50 MB, and a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

We have a wide range of sizes and trim options available so you can design a high-quality mug that you’ll look forward to using every day. Our advanced full-color printing process ensures that your photos and graphics will appear vibrant and attractive. We even offer the option of printing your photo or text on a solid black mug - simply select the black mug while placing your order and design your file with a true black color background (hex code #000000).

We have no minimum quantity requirement for our mugs, so you can order a different personalized mug for each of your family members or employees. Of course, if you need to place a high-volume order of branded mugs to sell or give away as promotional merchandise, we can take care of that too.

Our standard ceramic mugs are available in 11 oz. (white or black), 15 oz. (white or black), 16 oz (white), and 18 oz (white). For our 11 oz. and 15 oz. mugs, we offer an array of trim colors, including black, indigo, red, blue, and pink.

We're also proud to offer heat-activated, image-revealing mugs, which are a fun twist on the standard photo mugs. We can print your designs on special ceramic mugs that are designed to reveal your photos or graphics as the mugs are being filled with hot beverages. Customers love giving these “magical” mugs as gifts or using them as conversation starters at parties.

Our standard mugs are dishwasher safe. Our heat-activated mugs are hand wash only. Neither our standard mugs nor our heat activated mugs are microwave safe.

Please allow 4 to 5 business days for printing your custom mugs. The first day of production is the day after you have approved your order and your payment has been successfully processed. If your order has been approved and your payment has been processed by 9AM PT/ 11AM CT/ 12PM ET, then the production time begins that day.
