    This is just a quick note to commend you on the professionalism of your customer service department. I’ve been a GotPrint customer for a few years and have always been impressed not only by the quality of the postcards and business cards GotPrint has produced for me, but also by the quality of the people who answer your phones. On the occasions when I’ve needed to talk with “a real person” there, those who have come to my aid have been unfailingly pleasant, sincere, knowledgeable, and helpful. Often at places that have call centers, it’s not uncommon for people to quickly pass you (or in this case, me) off to the next department. “Let them handle it,” is the feeling I’ve gotten. But not with GotPrint. For instance, over the weekend I had a question about mailing. The young man who took my call said the mailing department wasn’t in on the weekend – they’d return on Monday – but perhaps he could help. He listened and was able to give me an answer that did, indeed, help. I didn’t get his name. but, dang, he was nice. And this morning, when I was following up on some changes I needed to make – through my own fault -- layout-wise, Michele in mailing and Ryan in customer service were just as helpful.
