Please make sure your design follows these guidelines:
RGB color mode, at least 300 DPI, no more than 12 thread colors
Avoid intricate details or fine lines. All text should be converted to outlines.
White backgrounds may be stitched onto the final product.
Our sweatshirts are made from a 50/50 cotton/poly fleece blend and are designed for maximum comfort and breathability. The sizes range from Small to 2XL.

Designing your own custom sweatshirt is easy! You can print photos, illustrations, or logos with the direct-to-garment print method or even embroider your design or company logo on any of our sweatshirts. For best results, please start with our downloadable templates, which will help you determine the optimal placement for your design – no "bleed" required. Artwork will be scaled to fit all selected sizes.
Your design file should be in RGB mode with a minimum resolution of 350 dpi. Please submit your files in one of the following formats: TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, and PDF. Our maximum file upload size is 75MB (megabytes) per file.
We offer 3 different sweatshirts: Hoodies, Full Zip Hoodies, and Crewnecks. Each one is made with a 50/50 cotton/polyester fleece blend.
Unfortunately, you may only select one style of printing for each product you order.
When choosing direct to garment (DTG) printing, you may choose to print on the front, back, or both sides of the sweatshirt, depending on the sweatshirt type selected. When choosing embroidery placement, you may either choose the left chest or the right chest. You are not able to place embroidery on the back side of any of our sweatshirts.
All our sweatshirts come in unisex sizing and can be worn by all. Please refer to the size chart on each order form for more information.
Looking for just one sweatshirt? No problem! There’s no minimum quantity required to purchase a sweatshirt.
Depending on which print type chosen, the production time of your sweatshirt order will vary. The production time of direct to garment (DTG) sweatshirts is 5 to 7 business days. The production time of embroidered sweatshirts is 4 to 6 business days.
Additionally, shipping time frames are separate from the production time and vary based on the method selected at checkout. Each respective order form contains information on an estimated shipping time frame.
Note: The production period begins the first day after you have approved your proof and your payment has been processed. If your order has been approved and your payment has been processed by 9AM PT / 11AM CT / 12PM ET, then the production time begins that day.
