Design your custom banner online using our new design tool! Our Online Designer allows you to start with a blank canvas for your banner design and customize as needed. You can upload images (company logo, photos, etc.), add text and even choose from hundreds of clip art images to dress up your banner. Once you've finalized your design, place your order and we'll send it straight to print.
We offer 3 fire-retardant materials for you to choose from when ordering your banners. The 13 oz. premium scrim glossy vinyl is a durable, long-lasting material suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Scrim is a strong but lightweight cotton (or flax) material made with a rectangular weave. We also offer a 13 oz. scrim vinyl with a matte finish that is ideal for a more subtle look. If you need a banner that can withstand windy outdoor conditions, our 8 oz. premium mesh vinyl will do the trick! This material is perforated, which allows enough airflow to ensure the banner remains steady when there are high winds. Since the material has small holes, your design and colors will not look as saturated as on non-perforated vinyl.
Grommets are optional when ordering your custom banners, but generally recommended. We offer 2 options for grommet placement - you can choose to have grommets every 2 feet of the banner or just on the 4 corners. Our high-quality brass grommets can help your banners last longer by reinforcing the holes and protecting the vinyl material from tears.
Once you have determined the best size for your banner, use our downloadable banner templates to make sure your final product will look just right. All of our banner templates are marked with the safe zone, trim line, and bleed line. Essential text, graphics, and images should be placed within the safe zone so they are not cut off during the trimming process. Make sure any background images extend past the trim line to the bleed - we require a 0.125" bleed for banner files.
Banner files need to be a minimum of 150 dpi and in CMYK mode. We accept TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, and PDF files that are no more than 75 megabytes. If you have a larger file, you can mail us a CD of the design - please contact our customer service team for more details.
When it comes to vinyl banner typography, simple is key. Your text needs to be clearly legible from a distance, so a bold, straightforward sans serif is a good place to start. As a general rule, you should avoid script or specialty fonts.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your banners to be printed once you have approved your proof and your payment has been processed. If you approve your proof by 9AM PT/ 11AM CT/ 12PM ET and your payment has been processed, then the production time begins that day.
