Please make sure your design follows these guidelines:
RGB color mode, at least 300 DPI, no more than 4 thread colors
Avoid intricate details or fine lines. All text should be converted to outlines.
White backgrounds may be stitched onto the final product.
Note: Our maximum stitch count is 10,000 per design. If your design's stitch count will exceed this amount, we may contact you to revise the design.

Our custom embroidered hats start at just $22.28 for a single 5-panel cap. We do not charge a setup or digitization fee, and you may use up to 4 colors in your design without incurring an additional cost per thread color. No matter which product or quantity you order, we’re confident you’ll find our embroidery services to be a great value.
Due to the nature of this technique, very intricate details are not recommended. Graphics and designs should be of minimum complexity, and text should use a minimum 14 pt. font size for a clean and sharp result. If your graphic or text does not have a background, please save your file as a vector png with transparent background.
For your convenience, our embroidery templates are available in several common file types. Please use these templates to create your design (make sure to delete the template layer before you upload), and we’ll evaluate your file during the setup process to make sure it follows our embroidery guidelines.
Please allow 4 to 6 business days for production, depending on the product and quantity ordered. Production begins the first business day after your proof has been approved and your payment has been successfully processed. Depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout, delivery can take an additional 2 to 6 business days.
