Please start by downloading the correct foam board template for the shape and size you wish to order. Follow the guidelines stated within each template, such as those for the safe zone, trim line, and bleed. Any essential copy or images should be placed within the safe zone, and any background images should extend to the bleed. We require a 0.125” bleed for foam board files.

If you do not have an existing design, it’s easy to create one using our free online tool. Simply select your foam board preferences, then choose the Online Designer option to launch the tool. From there, you can upload your logo and images, add your text, and incorporate any of the included clip art options. Once you are happy with your design, place your order and we’ll send it straight to print.

Additionally, please make sure your file is created in CMYK mode with a minimum resolution of 150 DPI. The maximum file upload size is 75MB (megabytes) per file.

Our production time for custom foam boards is only 2 to 4 business days for most orders. Production begins the day after your proof has been approved and your payment has been processed.
