The type of embroidery we use is called "flat" embroidery. Flat embroidery is when artwork is stitched directly onto the fabric.
There are a few steps to embroidering your custom polo shirts. First, upload your file and choose up to 4 thread colors for us to incorporate into your design. Please note that you can specify which color goes where in regards to your design. For embroidery placement, you may choose either the left side or right side of the chest. After you have gone through these steps, we then digitize your design file, which is automatically included in the cost of your print, and begin the embroidery process. Please do not provide us with pre-digitized files, as our digitization method decides the thread count on the specific element of the design. Please keep in mind that complex design details are not recommended for embroidery.
