GotPrint’s custom totes are made from 100% cotton twill. The durable, woven fabric has a ribbed texture that is soft and structured but will keep your products protected. It’s easy to create a tote bag with GotPrint’s online design tool. First, select a size and color. For embroidered tote bags, use our design templates and a 300 DPI file. Your design should have a transparent background. When creating your design, there should be plenty of contrast between the tote bag color and the thread colors. Choose up to 12 embroidery thread colors. For text phrases, the letters should be at least 0.25" in height and at least 0.05" thick (typically a 24 pt. font size). We recommend a sans serif font for legible text.
To print on tote bags, start with our tote bag templates and upload a file (TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, and PDF) that has 350 DPI. The colors should be in RGB color mode.
